  • 3⁄4 Cup Water
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Medium Banana, Frozen
  • 1⁄2 Cup Blueberries, Frozen
  • 1⁄4 Cup Coconut, Shredded

Comments & Suggestions

  • Tastes like ice cream.
  • Substitute a different berry for unique tastes.
  • If you have fresh fruit, not frozen, then add about a 1⁄4 cup of ice.
