- 3⁄4 Cup Water
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Medium Banana, Frozen
- 1⁄2 Cup Blueberries, Frozen
- 1⁄4 Cup Coconut, Shredded

- Tastes like ice cream.
- Substitute a different berry for unique tastes.
- If you have fresh fruit, not frozen, then add about a 1⁄4 cup of ice.
