Smoothie Recipe
- ½ Cup Water
- 3 TBSP Avocado
- 1 Cup Blueberries, Frozen
- 2 Cups Spinach, Fresh
Comments & Suggestions
- Very thick but drinkable.
- Simple recipe that can easily be used as a base.
- Substitute different berries or even any other fruit for blueberries.
- If the fruit is not frozen then add ice.
