Smoothie Recipe

  • ½ Cup Water
  • 3 TBSP Avocado
  • 1 Cup Blueberries, Frozen
  • 2 Cups Spinach, Fresh

Comments & Suggestions

  • Very thick but drinkable.
  • Simple recipe that can easily be used as a base.
  • Substitute different berries or even any other fruit for blueberries.
  • If the fruit is not frozen then add ice.
