This smoothie is creamy and similar to Coconut Egg Nog – more sweet but not as spicy. It’s very nourishing thanks to the egg yolks and you can enjoy this as a quick meal that will tie you over for a number of hours.
Ginger Macadamia Yogurt
Loaded with heart healthy saturated fat, this smoothie has a yogurt flavor with a hint of sweetness. It’s thick and creamy. Blend the first 7 ingredients and then add coconut oil in its liquid form. Blend again until smooth. I used grass-fed yogurt but organic is great. Make sure it’s full fat yogurt!
Blueberry Chestnut Coconut
Precise blend of blueberries and chestnut. The egg yolk taste is not present but adds loads of vitamins and minerals. I purchased the Chestnut Puree at Whole Foods Market.
Fat Bomb
Enjoy this smoothie with a spoon for it is one of the creamiest I’ve made! Not at all sweet but full of flavor. Add stevia or coconut palm sugar if you need to.
