- ¼ Cup Coconut Water
- ½ Cup Water
- ¼ Cup Ice
- 3 TBSP Avocado
- ½ Medium Banana, Frozen
- 1 TBSP Pistachios
- 2 tsp Cacao Powder
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
Comments & Suggestions
- One of my favorites.
- Substitute any nut for pistachios or completely omit them if you wish.
- The coconut water adds a touch of sweetness. It’s also natures best source of electrolytes.
