    Hello!

    You use a lot of coconut products in your smoothies, but because my boyfriend is very allergic to coconut I can’t have any in the house. What’s a good substitute?

      It’s hard to substitute coconut meat but nuts would be the next best thing. Try blanched almonds, macadamias. I use a lot of different forms of coconut so it depends. For coconut milk try almond milk but understand it will be less thick. For coconut oil try butter perhaps? Maybe a little avocado or just skip the coconut oil? For coconut water just use water or other liquid like kombucha. For coconut butter use other nut butters.

      Yes! About 208. I measure all of my recipes with a food scale in grams. It came out to 208 grams which will be about the same in ml too.

    Hi Primal Toad – if I didn’t want to get the scale out to weigh the whey how much whey would that be? 1/4 cup or so? Thanks!
