- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 4 Large Egg Yolks
- 1 TBSP Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Cloves, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Ice

- Tastes exactly like eggnog with a hint of coconut!
- Low in carbs and sugar but full of flavor
- Enjoy this as a full meal or share with a few others
- Cinnamon is a fine substitute for ground cloves
