    This is definitely going on my “To-Make” list!! Sweet potato and pumpkin are my 2 fave foods. :)

    Love the update – lots more fantastic looking recipes and I like the new codes (LC, SD, etc.) Have a question – I noticed that you use cultured coconut milk in a few… is this something you can buy or that you make (say using a Kifir starter)?

      Glad you are enjoying the update!

      You can buy it at some grocers. The brand I use is Lifeway. There is one that has no sugar and is unsweetened. It’s not ideal but is quite decent. You can make it yourself as well but I have no idea how. I’m sure I’ll learn someday soon!

        So I made this this weekend… NUM! Tasted like pumpkin pie in a glass! *slurp*

        Though the husband and I both agreed… it needed… something. Not sure what, but I’m going to try it next time with a smidge of vanilla. Either way, I’d ‘toad-ally’ make it again! ;)

          Did it? I actually have a recipe that is called Pumpkin Pie. I’m glad you liked it!

    Sounds great! Is the sweet potato cooked or is this raw sweet potato? It sounds like this would be a perfect use for leftover sweet potato!
