  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Lime Juice
  • 5 TBSP Avocado
  • 3/8 Cup Macadamias
  • 3 Large Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 Cup Ice

Enjoy this smoothie with a spoon for it is one of the creamiest I’ve made! Not at all sweet but full of flavor. Add stevia or coconut palm sugar if you need to.

    A bowl of this with some frozen berries on top is rocking my pregnant world! And the recipe makes plenty so I can happily share with my greedy 2 yr old. We call it our mayonnaise yogurt:)
