    I’m new to the blogging world and new to the primal lifestyle. As a good research practice I am checking out similar blogs and gaining insight on what I like about each. I have to comment you on your unique (and simple) approach to the primal smoothies. Who doesn’t like a smoothie? Throw ingredients into blender. Blend. Eat. Too simple man, too ingenious. I only wish I had thought of it or been aware of the paleolithic movement sooner! Keep up the good work and I’ll drop you a line once my blog is ready to go live.

      Thanks for the kind comments and feedback! I am a simple guy so I guess that is why I make a lot of simple smoothies. So many folks think they can’t cook or prepare food in the kitchen because they think they have to make something amazing with a lot of ingredients. Sure, using a lot of ingredients can make something spectacular. But, so can just a few ingredients.

      I’ll be posting a new recipe today and then probably a new one each week along with other smoothie articles. It’s time I start to build this site. Be sure to let me know when your blog is up and running!
