  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
  • ¼ Cup Ice

  • Not too strong with anything.
  • Delicious, nutritious blend of flavors.
  • Add more nutmeg after blending and pouring in your glass.
  • Substitute different spices for unique flavors.
