This smoothie is smooth, creamy and not very sweet. The squash flavor is present but cinnamon is slightly more dominant. I’ll go out on a limb and say that any squash may work. If you need sweetness add just a tiny bit of any fruit or a pinch of stevia powder.

This smoothie has a strong cinnamon and coffee bite and is not too creamy. Also, it contains zero grams of sugar, but if you want you can add a little banana if you absolutely need some sweetness.

Tastes like a chocolate malt (according to my father), and has a strong cinnamon taste.
