Ginger Macadamia Yogurt

Loaded with heart healthy saturated fat, this smoothie has a yogurt flavor with a hint of sweetness. It’s thick and creamy. Blend the first 7 ingredients and then add coconut oil in its liquid form. Blend again until smooth. I used grass-fed yogurt but organic is great. Make sure it’s full fat yogurt!

Pumpkin Strawberry Coconut

Add melted coconut oil after blending the first 3 ingredients. Then blend again until smooth. Overall the flavor seems to change throughout enjoyment. The cause seems to be the coconut oil. Spice it up with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, pumpkin pie spice or jamaican all spice.

Buttery Coffee

Strong coffee taste present in this smoothie. Adding a tiny pinch of stevia powder is a great substitute for coconut palm sugar. Make sure the coconut oil is soft and melted but not warm.

Add the first 5 ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Then add liquified coconut oil and blend again until smooth. Super thick and creamy. Enjoy with a spoon! I did not add ice to this myself.
