Smoothie Recipe
- 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ Cup Water
- 1 Cup Apple, Peeled, Sliced
- 2 TBSP Avocado
- ¼ Cup Ice
Comments & Suggestions
- Strong cider kick. Perfect for me. One TBSP of ACV may be enough for you.
- Has the texture of applesauce. Add more avocado if you want more smoothness.
- Dress with bits of apple and cinnamon. I used a fuji apple but any kind will do. Only a granny smith apple is allowed on the 21 Day Sugar Detox program.
